    The grain is treated and properly aerated.

  4. Quality & Moisture Grading

    Each lot is sorted by quality and moisture content.

  5. Grain Polishing

    Every grain is polished to a clean finish.

  6. Metal Detection & Removal

    Any ferrous or metal particles are removed.

  7. Weight Grading

    The grain is graded by weight.

  8. Storage

    The grain is held in storage until it's ready for packing.

  9. Machine Sorting

    One more sort, this time by machine.

  10. Packing & Palletizing

    The product is packed and palletized.

  11. Container Dispatch

    Containers are loaded and shipped out.
